That should mean that over the next 100 years we will have enough to meet demand. Of course, at $50 a gallon, there won't be much demand and a lot of supply.

World Oil production is peaking so unless they find some major new fields, prices will continue to be high and there will be a shortfall in the future.

With production from existing mature fields dropping 1 million barrels each year (all worldwide data), business as usual would require a new additional Saudi Arabia (10 million new barrels a day) every 5 years (or add the equivalent of additional current US crude oil production every 3 years). That will not happen!
